Good news today as Bank of America and General Electric Capital Corp. successfully raised a combined $16.5 billion today selling bonds backed by the U.S. government as part of the Treasury's Temporary Liquidity Guarantee program (TLGP). Raising any cash in today's market is a feat, backed by the government or not. Treasury scores.
